~放肆的心~ UnBRidLEd~~

放了个短假之后整颗心就开始拉不回来了！ 最讨厌的就是这种心情 ·#￥￥%……——*……*#￥%

是我的心迷路或被莴遗漏了吗？ 还是被绑票了呢？哈。。。我的储蓄户口可还没有足够的现金来缴付赎金咧！！！ 怎么办？可怜的我看来得继续活在痛苦当中。。。生不如死啊！

[不管了，现阶段唯一可以营救我这颗放肆的心的方法应该就是赶快计划下个出游。。。好让它可以继续放肆下去。。。呵呵。。。放肆的心是回不来了]

Sauna + Body Massage

Finally it's time for me to try up this new experience.
Been wondering what will happen later as Yen did described to me the whole process which can be embarrassing in certain way.
I had opt for the sauna and body massage session instead of spa & facial. Been very exciting when i first enter the centre!!!
I started with the sauna session first follow by the body massage. Everything goes well and it's very enjoyable. I like to sweat; it's such a wonderful thing for me to experience the sauna especially after the termination of my toga class.
TANG, TANg, TAng, Tang.... the massage session comes right after the sauna. I was served by one of the small eyes lady (juz like me^^ no wonder she choose to serve me... haha), Chloe :) very soft spoken and friendly as well. I start to feel a bit nervous when i step out from the sauna room~~ keep wondering "what will happen next hah?"
She brought me to the massage room which shared by three... yen, LT & myself. Maybe I was too panic until i got a feeling that.... gosh... got stranger! (I only realise that it's actually two of them when i take a short wc break) I like the massage technique of Chloe and everything seem to be fine for me. The way she handle those 'hesitate' moment is also excellent. I don't feel much hesitation during the entire process>>> although sometimes it is painful :P

When everything is over, i get a big shock by looking at myself in the mirror>>> lion king??? hehe... this is due to the head massage and mainly caused by the scalp combing.

Yen's advice is true. The consultant came to us about the service top up. We have contributed for 10 more sessions just like that... T_T (now i know that ladies can shop everywhere and not only in the shopping mall).

This is a very good way to pamper ourselves especially after sitting in front of our 'lovely' pc for one whole day. After all, I feel more relax and it certainly chase away my tiredness~~

Tong Sui

This is one of my favorite tong sui since young.
I love the taste of white fungus as well as the red date :) Been having this all the while but I just realised that it's served as a birdnest to those poor family :)

Sounds great, right?

There are too much benefits that it can bring especially to ladies. Having called the birdnest to the poor means that it's a great substitute to birdnest. It's certainly cost saving and good choice for maintaining internal + external beauty and nutrition level.

A Refreshing ME

Finally, the rain stop and it's time for me to enjoy my long waited sunny day.



After shopped for the groceries, I start my makan trip. On my way to Balik Pulau, I stopped by a pisang goreng stall in Relau as usual. The pisang & chempedak goreng are too crispy and irresistable. Then, i continue my journey to have my favorite 'lemak + sour' laksa in Balik Pulau. Not to miss is of course my favorite white nutmeg juice... excellent taste to have it with the laksa :D

in order not to accumulate too much fat in my body... i went for hiking at BJ Hill. This seems to put away my guiltiness of over eating.

This time i really get it done successfully by stepping to the top of the hill. I keep practicing the yoga breathing concept on my way to reach the top. panting & panting & panting all the way. TQ dearest LKC for watch out those dangerous steps for me. I don't think I can make it without being told by LKC that :" it's nearer to the top now, just a few more steps".

I see determination in this short hiking journey. Stand firm once you have the goal set, be confident and go for IT!

p/s: I should have bring up my camera as the scenery from the top is nice... and the important thing is......i shouldn't miss this capturing as the next date for hiking is 'unknown' :l

new discovery

haha... another late sharing from me...

been to this place a few weeks ago under the recommendation of ah bee. Impressed by the scenery around although it is built on a dump side.

Take a look on it...

It's a good place for relaxing your mind and soul. There are benches for you to rest on or you can just sat under the tree to avoid from hot sun in the afternoon.

Can you see Penang Bridge from this photo? Wow... let me tell you, the view is marvelous!

I been there during afternoon... augh... hate the hot sun. I should have went there again in the evening or at night as i believe the view will be greater. So, if you think of relaxation, away from busy city life, take a deep breath of salty seawind... then... come & visit to this little Gurney>>>this is what I called it. Need to do it fast before it get polluted by those illegal hawkers!!!

disappointed experience in Shang

This is a back dated story. Been quite tied up by all the last minutes task and have no extra time to put this up.

The dinner buffet that I went for in 10 Jun is not too satisfying.... totally under my expectation. Food insufficient, slow supply of empty plate, slow service at the food counters etc. It's definitely not a very enjoyable moment to had my dinner under such poor condition... I don't even have chance to try the chocolate fountain as told by the crew that there is no replenish for it... OMG... what a disappointing answer!!!

I had shared my experience with some of my colleagues. Yen suggest me to put up a written complaint to the management as what her friend did before. Maybe I was too 'angry' with the service provided and thus I search for the contact and sent in my complaint accordingly.

The reply was received upon my return from Bangkok and Phitsanulok. What a standard answer I got on their quality assurance and all sorts of promises.I will call it a polite email and the manager even invited me to revisit the restaurant again. I don't think I can do so at least for now...it's time consuming in recover from the bad experience.

PS: Yen, no voucher ler.... hehehe =P

Full anticipation for the buffet celebration

Get so excited when Lilian decided to have the surprise celebration in Shangri-la.
Can't wait to pamper my taste bud ad~~

All these while i prefer to have buffet as I can always choose my favorite food to take. On top of that, there are variety of dessert to try out... cakes, pudding, jelly, ice-cream etc... wow... definitely mouth-watering...

Konnyaku Jelly

This is my favorite jelly.... the QQ texture is the best among all!!!
You can add whichever fruit according to your own preference, add or reduce the sugar as you like, perhaps to add some acid citric or lemon to enrich its taste.

For me, mango and kiwi is a must... perhaps strawberry as well if I can get from the hypermarket.

My Baking Enjoyments N_N

Been addicted to this new hobby recently~~ it's enjoyable though sometimes it can be tiring as well.

A few desserts were done during these 2 weeks time =D
It's good to have the dessert ever ready in the fridge and i can always share my 'successful products' with friends around me.... although sometimes i might not be too sure whether it's a success or failure...... ^^ i seldom try it before sharing ---> ostrich behaviour?!! wait for comment rather than face it first...

I enjoy the process a lot~~ especially when it's almost done and it's my turn to make a guess on the success rate *:*
sometimes it can be nervous *_^'''
occasionally it can be disappointing_when mission fail =(
BUT>>> there is unmeasurable excitement when i can get it done successfully!!!

Below is the list of my 'creations':
1. Dark Choc Brownie (i luv dark choc~~ yum yum!)
2. Mango Pudding (1st trial)
3. Konnyaku Jelly (my evergreen favorite)
4. Blueberry Cheesecake (for dear dear ah mei b'day)
5. Traditional Kiam Pia Cake (triggering by yen lol---> been commented as dessert for old people)

p/s: haha~~ paying too much concentration in baking until i forgot to take a good snap on them... all the above are captured using my mobile phone

After getting all these done, I felt like I have actually one step closer to my dream ad~~ become the real owner of a cake house.... no longer sit in the office and facing my pc most of the time. I believe it will be tough to run & manage the entire cake house~~ But~~ i do also believe that happiness & satisfaction will come along since i'm doing something that i luv to <':'>

It might not be a high class job after all, but~~~ who care as long as i'm happy with it.

complicated

these 2 days i kept heard about something bad about someone that i knew.

words can hurt people easily especially when the one who said it got bad intention. it's even worst when the 'target' don't realise the hidden meaning behind all the beautiful / nice words....

i believe direct approach should be more appropriate in dealing with people. There is no point putting up a sweet face but in fact there is an ugly heart inside.

as an responsible adult, we should always try to say the right thing as well as say the thing right!

new 'discovery'

I found a new preference which really cheer me up a lot~~

Been listening to MY FM since I start my working life. My little mistake to have unpluged the wrong plug had lead me to this new discovery!!! All the preset channels were gone by the time I replug in the plug... the radio was broadcasting-- Red FM, Today's Best Music.

I don't think I been listening to this channel before. At first I thought of reset it to what I used to have... MY FM, 988, Lite & Easy. However, I just can't get the right timing to switch it over... love all the songs that being played. All are exactly my favorite songs...

Now, I'll surely turn on the radio once I step in to my room... listening to radio no longer happen only in the morning when i want to ready myself to work.... but anytime!!

The Art of Talking

this is always a crucial aspect for me.
there is no point telling all the bombastic terms but actually you don't even experience it before. at the same time, it's also worthless if you keep talking on the 'thing' that you don't really own it /deserve to.....

maybe it's still possible for you to tell lies and it will be able to conquer those who are innocent~~~ but!!! everything will surely become worst when the truth has been revealed***

sooner or later, i believe there will be a new thing for us to learn>>>> the art of listening-- only absorb those true info and don't blindly believe.... [verification is important so that we won't be classified as innocent / stupid :P]

another offence should be looked down (verbally) on people or ur love one in front of many people!!! In this case, you should not choose him/ her as the right one!!! Don't waste ur time!!

**somehow, there is no point lying ...especially to ur love one, true friends & family!!

Mary Jie's B'day

A simple yet meaningful birthday celebration for my da jie in A/Setar.

We had the celebration in a 'chu cha' restaurant in Tandop. The shop looks old with no rennovation. We been sitted outside the shop and occupied a big table. The plan is Chia Hui went there 1st to make the order so that we don't have to spend time waiting there.

Upon our arrival, the foods have been slowly served. It was quite late already and all i really care at that moment is to fill up my empty stomach 1st. Wow..... surprisingly the dishes are nice...i like the yau cha guai salad very much.... tasty!!! The curry fish also tumb up! Everyone enjoy the meal very much and we even order another plate of the salad. I been too busy eating until i forgot to take down the image of the delicious foods.

After settle all the dishes.... it's time for cake cutting ceremony. We sing for Mary Jie and hyper active Enson helped her to blow off the candle. I believe Mary Jie must be happy since Enson keep saying that she is 18 years old at that point of time :D

Although i was totally full, but i have no reason to miss my favorite chocalate cheese cake. Small piece also doesn't matter :O

touR addicted

been to Melaka for a short trip after my training in KL.

It's an exciting trip although it is not a luxury one. I like to live like a bird~~ free to do anyhting as I wish.... That's what i experienced from the trip. Mainly because we go there by our own, no fixed timeline for us to follow at all. The only thing is not to miss the show and performance in A'Famosa Resort.... well.... we have somehow miss the most important part--- the carnival show!!! Initially i really mad about it; but after a while, i try to let it go as i do not wish to spoil my holiday mood just like that.

The animal world is similiar to the one in BKK. The shows are not bad but i would still prefer those that I have seen in BKK. I don't mean to criticise Buatan Malaysia, just telling my actual feeling through my experience.

I enjoy the heritage scenes a lot, it's so wonderful. I love the city~ like a old heritage garden. It reminds me of Holland as there are numberous windmills there. Too bad is that i don't have enough time to experience the river cruise which seems to be very enjoyable. I'll surely try it out during my next visit.... hopefully it wont be after another 14 years ^_* If so, then i'll have to bring along my kids there.

I have no regret to have the durian chendol from one of the famous souvenir shop (although initially I have been threathen by LKC that it might be an odd one). The taste was so so so......... fantastic!!! I was trying to think of a way to ta pao it back so that i get to taste it again in Pg..... of course, I have failed to do so....

The luckiest part is that i get to have a ride on eyes on Melaka which I can't make it in 2008. It's fun but a bit scarry when it reach the peak. The 'jaga' had broke my plan to try out eyes on S'pore. He is saying that the height for eyes on Melaka is 60m; but for eyes on S'pore, it's 180m...OMG, 3 times!!! I doubt whether i'm still interested in trying it or not *^*

After this short trip, all the travelling ideas keep flashing through my mind. I keep doing research on where to go next~~ Macau, TW, Hang Zhou, Bali or Tioman???

~~My nEw camera~~

Yes, finally i got my new camera after walking here & there in PISA for an hour plus. Seriously speaking, i don't really did much research on the camera model and pricing for my purchase except the half an hour before heading to PISA.

My only dilemma at that moment is Olympus / Canon?? I intend to make a change from buying Canon to Olympus but having doubt on the validity of my decision. Obviously Olympus looks more stylish lol.... unless i plan to get IXUS.... while IXUS seems like no compete to Power Shot in term of functionality. The only weak point for Power Shot is definitely its bulky look!!!! Now~~~ hard to get the answer for my questions!! except let go some of the features!

Went to PC Fair has actually speed up my complicated mind struggling as i have been attrated by the camera models that have been displayed out there! I believe nowaday Olympus & Canon are the two hottest brands which fighting for more market share... one of them should have won the battle so that it will ease my decision process ^;^ just stick to the winner__ hahahah

okok, back to my topic. If I stay at the Olympus counter for another 5 minutes, i believe i'll be ended up buying Olympus model. Its outlook really nice~~ but i don't really sure about its performance. In order to play safe, i have made up my mind to stick back to my always preference-- Canon.

The salesgirl really patient and friendly. At least she was not trying to force me for the purchase just like other sales person. I purchase the crystal cover and screen protector for my new toy as well.... in the hope that the extra protection can lengthen its life span..... =) I also bought a tripod from the stall.... the girl is really nice and I have no regret even if the side purchases might be indeed more expensive.

I have planned the 1st project for my new Canon...to capture sunset scenes probably during the weekend!!

买相机的冲动

等了半年，已经快熬不下去了。 本决定这个周末到pc fair走一趟的 〉〉 做个简单的调查和比较，怎料今天就给我看到了一个同事的部落格。。。他的全新相机耶，超棒的！看起来很pro的相机***

虽然很欣赏这一类型的相机，不过可以肯定的是这时候的我应该不会拥有它。傻瓜相机会比较适合我吧。。。 哈哈。。。想起了温岚的《傻瓜》~~ 傻瓜 我们都一样 为爱情伤了又伤。。。。 开始离题了~


也许因为时间已久，我都把自己的目标给忘了。之前定下要买的型号都不记得了。看来我得重新努力作功课了，好让可以顺利的向目标前进^；^ yoyoyo>>>

2nd CJFC Penang 2009

Today is 23 Feb 2009, the Championship is over and I got to return to my office, continue my ordinary work.

There are still a lot more left over to settle.... the most terrible part should be the closing report. I will have to do it fast and make sure that everything is being well recorded and written.

Before i start my writing for the report, i shall do some updates in my own blog first.

Every single moments of the closing dinner are still fresh in my mind. I have also received most of the photo taken by one of my colleague.... and thus it would be glad to share it here.

Although there was ups and downs during the Championship and even before it, but it is surely an unforgettable event to us. I have made a lot of new friends during the Championship. Rob, Kate, Maggie, Jen, Sally, Gereth, Leon, Stephen, Neale, Jayne and many more. They are nice, friendly, passionate, cooperative and aggresive towards fencing. I believe five days might be too short to expand our friendship especially when the fencing competition is on-going.

I hope that there will be another chance to meet you guys again in Penang soon.
